Soft release
Our soft release system is used to relax jumps and longlines to protect the ratchet or when tensioning with Ellington (Nano) or our pulley Pure. With our soft release, the relaxation tape is placed several times on top of each other, fixed with a special Velcro tape and installed between the fixed point and the tensioning system using a shackle or carabiner.
When the slackline is released, the tape is unwound layer by layer and the band begins to slide. The friction makes it possible to release the tension of the slackline even with two fingers.
The tape has abrasion protection and is quickly rolled up and ready for the next use.
